Hey!
Check out my last weight blog post for some reference- LINK
Just a quick update, I've lost about half a stone since Christmas! I don't own scales at home or at university, which I think is for the best as I'd probably constantly weigh myself. This means I judge myself on how I look and feel, which is the most healthy and fair way to do it, in my opinion. We are all different shapes and builds so if you feel that you look good, what does it matter what the scales say? I understand that when health comes into it you do have to take notice of weight to some degree, but I'm sure you understand what I'm trying to get across.
So when I went for a check up at the doctors and she happily informed me of the weight loss, I was quite chuffed to say the least! Unfortunately I don't know how I did it! I eat relatively well at university, but I often treat myself to chocolate and crisps. I also haven't been exercising (the running lasted for about a week!). I can't say what I've changed to warrant such a large weight loss but if I work it out I'll be sure to let you know!
I'm now back at home and last summer was where I gained the most weight so just maintaining this weight will be enough for me!
Tell me if you like these posts? This one was not very insightful! Any post requests?
