Snow White - Do you consider yourself beautiful?

I'd never call myself beautiful, I see myself more as a work in progress. Always something to improve on!

Sleeping Beauty- How many hours of sleep do you get each night?

I try for around 7, not that that always works

Cinderella - Do you have a curfew?

I don't have a curfew but I do let my mum know where I'll be and when I'm due back now that I'm at home instead of university. She's a worrier!

Rapunzel - Do you love being outside?

I do like being outside. I'm not completely outdoorsy however, bugs still creep me out!

Red Riding Hood- Do you trust strangers easily?

I don't trust people easily but I do like to see the best in people which can sometimes make me blind to things.

The Wolf and the Seven Young Kids - Are you easy to fool?

Depends on who is trying to fool me!

Beauty and The Beast - What makes someone beautiful in your eyes?

A kind and caring personality for sure

The Little Mermaid - What would you sacrifice for love?

A lot; I'm quite the romantic!

The Frog King- What do you find disgusting?

Dirty nails. EW!

Jack and the Beanstalk- What plants do you have?

A spider plant and a snake plant (not quite its real name but something along those lines)

Puss in Boots- Do you have any pets? If not, do you want any?

I have a veil tail gold fish named Flo and I love her to pieces. So many people ask how I can be so attached to a fish but she has her own personality and she's my pet!

Bluebeard- What is your weak point?

Choooocolate *drooling as I type*

Pinoccio- What is your biggest wish?

I don't think I have one really. That my career turns out alright?

Peter Pan- What is your mental age?

I think I'm quite mature, sometimes too mature. Probably 20, my actual age

The Star Money- What is your most valuable possession?

My Pandora bracelet. All the charms symbolise the people who gave them to me or maybe Baby, a toy rabbit I've had since I was around 3 (I lost the original Baby that I'd had since birth in the library of all places!)

Golden Mary and Pitch Mary- Are you a hard worker or a lazy one?

A bit of both. I'm a hard worker for something I want, otherwise I can be pretty slow and unmotivated

The Princess and the Pea- Are you sensitive?

I am quite sensitive. I'm building up that thick skin though!

The Worn Out Dancing Shoes - Do you like parties?

I love a good party but at the same time, curling up on the sofa, with friends and a movie can be just as appealing

The Emperor's New Clothes- Do you care a lot about your clothing?

Not particularly. I'm not fashionable in the slightest!

The Brave Little Sailor - Do you consider yourself brave?

If the situation requires it, I can step up but majority of the time I'm running away from  little spiders!

The TMI Tag

Feels like quite a while since I have done a tag post! I've seen this one floating around YouTube and thought I would have a go. I didn't realise how long it was before though! Here are my (50!) answers..

1. What are you wearing? 

My mismatching fluffy pajamas from Primark. The top has a little snowman on it saying 'baby it's cold outside' (cute I know!)

2. Ever been in love?

I have, once.

3. Ever had a terrible breakup?

All break ups are pretty terrible at the time but all my break ups seem to end amicably so no, I haven't.

4. How tall are you? 

5″7

5. How much do you weigh? 

Psh, not putting that on the internet!

6. Any tattoos?

No. Two of my best friends love tattoos and I like the idea but I know that I would regret it within a month. I love henna tattoos though because you can change them and they aren't permanent.

7. Any piercings?

I have my ears pierced once and my belly.

8. OTP?

Jess and Nick from New Girl

9. Favourite Show?

Big Bang Theory, New Girl, Pretty Little Liars, TOWIE, Sherlock. I can't pick one!

10. Favourite bands?

I like listening to music but don't have a favourite band. I really like Sam Smith- Money on my Mind at the moment.

11. Something you miss?

Life without responsibilities.

12. Favorite song?

Oops, already answered that one (#10)

13. How old are you?

I'm 19 and 20 in May. Can't I stay a teenager? :(

14. Zodiac sign? 

Taurus the bull.

15. Quality you look for in a partner? 

Kindness/caring. I think that's a lovely quality for someone to have and one I strive for myself.

16. Favourite Quote? 

This too shall pass, what goes around comes around, he who fails to prepare prepares to fail. I love a good quote!

17. Favourite actor?

I don't have a favourite actor, my favourite movie ever is Clueless though.

18. Favourite colour?

Purple/ Turquoise

19. Loud music or soft?

Such a weird question! I like my music loud enough that I feel like I can dance to it (anyone get what I mean?) but quiet enough that I can still think/hear other things.

20. Where do you go when you’re sad? 

I don't have a specific place I go... my bed if I was forced to pick. Really I just need to be able to talk to my mum when I'm sad (such a baby!)

21. How long does it take you to shower?

I can be in and out in less than two minutes if I'm just washing my body. If I'm washing my hair, closer to 20 minutes.

22. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

From waking up to leaving the house, whatever I'm doing, usually I'll leave myself an hour. I can be ready quicker, just depends on how I manage my time.

23. Ever been in a physical fight?

No, I'm so not violent.

24. Turn on?

I like a man's hands, is that weird?

25. Turn off?

Arrogance. It can be funny if played right, otherwise people can just look self centred.

26. The reason I joined Blogger?

I saw others doing it and thought that I would like to have a go!

27. Fears?

Dying, spiders, needles, vomit/vomiting. Not in that order.

28. Last thing that made you cry?

My grandad not being here.

29. Last time you said you loved someone?

A few hours ago.

30. Meaning behind your blog name? 

My full name is Alexandra Georgina but I felt that was a bit wordy so shortened it to Alex Georgina and then again to Alex Georgie. Rolls off the tongue a bit easier!

31. Last book you read?

Fully? I can't remember? Partially would be my Law of Tort book. Boooo!

32. The book you’re currently reading?

More tort?

33. Last show you watched?

Pretty Little Liars.

34. Last person you talked to?

My house mate.

She's my mother.

Too hard! Pasta, chocolate, chicken, salad are all up there.

The Confessions Tag

I can hear your audible sigh from here! I promise I'll slow down on the tags after this one! (maybe...) I've done this as an extra bonus post this week though so I hope you don't mind too much. 1) When did you start your blog?

I started my blog on the 17th January 2013. So I've been blogging for exactly 10 months today!

2) Have you had any online presence before?
Noo never! Nothing like a blog anyway. I've had the usual, personal social media.

3) Why did you start a blog?

I really got into watching YouTube videos quite a while before, and then I moved onto blogs and eventually I thought 'I'm going to have a go at this' and so I did!

4) When did you become serious about starting a blog?

 I don't understand this question! But I became more serious about blogging in September. I got a schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and have made sure I have kept to that, as well as promoting my blog more.

5) What was your first post?

You can see my first cringey post HERE. It was about me being a new blogger.

6) What has been biggest challenge about blogging?

The biggest challenge about blogging for me is the photography and scheduling posts. There has been so many times when I've wanted to post about something and realised the natural light has gone so  I can't take photos. Or I leave writing a post until 11pm the night before!

7) Where do you see your blog in one year?

Hopefully a lot more polished design (I'm working on it) with more of you lovely people reading it.

8) What is the most rewarding to you about blogging?

I LOVE it when people comment on my posts. I just love hearing others people's views, about their days, and recommendations. That's the most rewarding thing.

9) What is the most discouraging thing that happens to you?

The most discouraging thing that happens to me is when I look at people who have had blogs for the same amount of time as me and they just seem to be doing so well! I start comparing our blogs, followers etc and that's never going to end well. End of the day, we all have different blogs and I wouldn't have you amazing people reading if I had theirs so...yeah!

10) What's your lasting inspiration or motivation?
That someone, even if it is one person, is reading this post/ my blog and enjoying it. Nothing more inspiring than knowing that.

Another Tag?!

Okay, okay, I know this is very similar to the Autumn Tag I did HERE a few weeks ago but I couldn't resist! My love for Autumn overcame me and here is the Sweater Weather tag for y'all! This tag was created on YouTube by ItsMeLexie1 but I'm actually following MissGlamorazzi's version as her's was more relevant to me.

1. Favourite candle scent?

This changes all the time for me but Autumn always conjures richer, cinnamon, spice smells to me so I'd have to go with that.

2. Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate?

This is a split between coffee and hot chocolate... literally! I love them both respectively but recently I've been mixing them together for a home made mocha-esque drink.

3. What's the best fall memory you have?

Playing in the leaves with my sister at our old house. We had a tree that overhung the garden so that gave us hours of fun.

4. Which makeup trend do you prefer: dark lips or winged eyeliner?

I'm such an eye liner noob so definitely dark lips!

5. Best fragrance for Fall?

Like my candles, I like the heavier scents for Autumn and for this I use Diesel Plus Plus Feminine

6. Favourite Thanksgiving Christmas food?

This was Thanksgiving food but being British we don't haveThanksgiving so I've changed it to Christmas. Suuuper tempted to try and persuade my house to celebrate Thanksgiving this year though! My favourite Christmas food is definitely all the desserts! Mainly anything chocolately!

7. What is autumn weather like where you live?

COLD.

8. Most worn sweater?

I don't think I have a most worn sweater as I change them out quite regularly but anything light knit and loose would have a thumbs up from me

9. Must-have nail polish this fall?

I'm going to give a shameless plug here and say you'll have to check out My Autumn Nail post to find that one out!

10. Football games or jumping in leaf piles?

Although we have football games here (American football too) and my friend is urging me to come along to watch our university's team play, I still haven't so it'd have to be jumping in a pile of leaves

11. Skinny jeans or leggings?

Leggings! Comfort all the way

12. Combat boots or Uggs?

I haven't got a pair of either this year and am still on the hunt for the perfect pair of ankle boots so neither I suppose

13. Is pumpkin spice worth the hype?

I have yet to go to Starbucks and find out but I'll report back on that one!

14. Favorite fall TV show?

I'm still loving Pretty Little Liars but I think they're currently on a mid season break. Does anyone know? *sob*

15. What song really gets you into the fall spirit?

I'm never usually a country girl but I listened to Kacey Musgraves- Follow Your Arrow and loved it! It just has that Autumn like feel to it!

The Autumn Tag

Have you spotted my autumn header?? I am feeling very festive, very early this year. I'm excited for Autumn, I'm excited for Halloween, I'm excited for Christmas (SO excited for Christmas), just all round excitement! I thought I'd capitalise on this excitement by doing the Autumn tag. I got this one from Fee at Makeup Savvy (see hers here) (created by makeup-pixi3) but there are quite a few floating around.

1. Favourite thing about Autumn

If you haven't guessed by now, it's definitely the changing and falling of the leaves. I absolutely love the reds, oranges and yellows of Autumn leaves.

2. Favourite drink

*Story alert* Whilst I was shopping the other day, still in my particularly festive mood, I spotted Nescafe's Gingerbread latte. I couldn't leave it in the store. Love in a cup; I just feel so Christmassy drinking it. I will be sad when the season is over as it's limited edition. I also want to try Starbuck's salted caramel mocha/hot chocolate. Sounds like a drink made for me!

3. Favourite scent/candle

I think anything Christmas smelling is perfect for Autumn as it just reminds me of cosiness. Anything with a spicy, cinnamon, vanilla scent.

4. Best lipstick

I can't say I wear different lipsticks for Autumn but I recently picked up Beauty UK's plumalicious (similar to MAC Rebel) which is a deep, vampy purple. Berry tones seem to be the choice of the season.

5. Go to moisturiser

On those days when the cold has got to me, it's good to go back to basics with Palmers Cocoa Butter for my body. I'm a bit of a flirt with face moisturisers, so whatever is to hand (currently Good Things)

6. Go to colour for eyes

I'm a neutrals girl through and through so bronzes, browns, taupes and creams are my go to colours. I like to deepen these eye looks with darker browns in the outer corner and through the crease for this time of year.

7. Favourite music or band to listen to

I'm not that excited that I want to be listening to Christmas music (just) yet but the song I'm loving right now is Macklemore's Same Love.

8. Favourite outfit to wear

Anything that involves a chunky knit scarf, dresses and tights or one of my parka's!

9. Autumn treat

This year it will be a nice pair of heeled boots. Yet to find the perfect pair, but I will be browsing Topshop's boot selection religiously.

10. Favourite place to be

Snuggled up in a blanket on the sofa watching a movie with my family. This used to be a weekend tradition in the Autumn/ Winter (not now I've moved away of course. Sob!)
